The House:

1st Floor:
Play pool, watch a movie or send the kids to play in the Game Room. Need additional sleeping space? The couch in the game room converts to a full size bed. Sleep comfortably in the nice sized bedroom with queen bed, flat screen tv and internet access. Take a shower or a bath in the full bathroom. Drop your clothes from the day in the mudroom with laundry. Safely store your bikes, kayaks and sporting equipment in the garage. Your feet will stay toasty in the fall and winter thanks to radiant heated concrete floors.
2nd Floor:
Take in nature in both directions in the open great room that includes living and dining space, running the entire width of the house. Appreciate the walls of windows that bring the outdoors in. Relax in front of 46'' LED Smart TV and modern gas fireplace, no need to haul wood...The sofas convert into 2 twin beds for additional bedding. Grill and dine outdoors in the screened terrace, or take in some rays on the open terrace. Indoors, the dining table has room for 8 to sit comfortably with additional room for 4 at the kitchen penninsula. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances: gas stove with vented exhaust hood, dishwasher, microwave, double door fridge. Conveniently located on the main floor is a bedroom with queen bed, flat screen tv, internet. The bathroom boasts porcelain tile, radiant heated floors and a shower/tub combo.
3rd Floor:
No need to fight over the master suite. Unique to this home are two master suites on the third floor, perfect when vacationing with others. Both masters have king beds, oversized rain showers, double sinks, and heated porcelain tile floors. You may have to fight over extra deep soaking tub but all can enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub on the top terrace.
The Property:
Just 5 minutes off route I-87,on a private mountain driveway, the house overlooks pristine Brant Lake, one of the few local lakes that allows motor water craft without the crowds. The property's quaint member-only beach is just down the road from the house and has aa children's swing set. The water is crystal clear, calm and warm- great for swimming, watersports and fishing. Bring your own boat or rent ours to waterski, wakeboard or go tubing with the family. The house's secluded 40 acres are the perfect place to explore the outdoors. Be on the look out for deer, rabbits and wild turkey.
 
Brant Lake, NY:
USA Today Travel describes the area as: "Brant Lake is a thin, long, recreational lake surrounded by glacial mountains. Historic houses line its shores and a bike path runs around the 16.4-mile circumference. You can boat, swim or water ski in the summer, and ice-fish or snowmobile in the winter. The backcountry roads make the area a mountain bikers' paradise. The hamlet of Brant Lake -- built on Brant Lake shores -- has attracted wealthy visitors for fishing and hunting since the beginning of the 20th century."
